Chestnut Genoise Hearts

For Valentine’s Day this year, I decided to move from the heart and create a chestnut genoise with rich vanilla buttercream and a chesnut infused glacee to wow my nearest and dearest…

I actually made these as a part of a gift box I contributed to my friend, Pam Blanton’s fundraiser, to help pay for her mother’s astronomical medical bills as she continues to battle cancer…

So show your loved one how deep your love is and create a few hearts you both can share with a nice champagne, ending with an embrace that leaves you feeling the four count rhythm of your own hearts, beating wildly beneath your chests…

Your recipes all look delicious! I’m wheat-free and I wish I could try some but I am corn free as well. Have you ever thought about adding corn free items to your bakery? I know a lot of us who are gluten free are also corn free!
