I just recieved a very warm e-mail informing me of this fabulous new site called Celiac Handbook whose sole pupose is to provide free information about gluten free restuarants that exist throughout the world. How cool is that? Plus they have a wellspring selection of gluten free books, so check it out I tell you, check it out.
