Yep, It’s My Birthday!

My Quote of the Day:

“You cannot borrow from your past.” –German Proverb

I cannot believe that it is already my birthday, and there is no part of me that wants to climb under a rock and hide from it. I am the sum parts of all the good and the bad that has transpired to make me who I am, and like a good recipe, or a French Bordeaux, I look forward to just getting better as time continues to click by.

The above German proverb, to me, is the very clear and present way of actually living your life. If we become mired down in feelings or thoughts from the past then we are in fact not living, we are merely remembering. So for me, on this very auspicious day, live your life like it was your last because if you want to be remembered, you have to give your life and let it be tasted.

Personally, I’m doing only what makes me feel good inside and out by being with the people I love the most.
